Fall Step Combo
1. 6 count mambo* R/L 1-6 step up R/L 7-8 (facing L side)
2. Alternating lunge 3X R/L/R 1-6 exit into a straddle 7-8
3. Shuffle back L/R/L 1&2 straddle R/L 3-4, knee up R 5-8 (to face front)
4. Revolving door* 2X L 1-4, 5-8
 Repeat on opposite side
6 Count Mambo
R foot on step on 1
L foot marches on floor on 2
R foot marches on floor on 3
L foot on step on 4
R foot marches in on floor on 5
L foot marches on floor on 6
Revolving Door
As an over the top – but step down on the count of 4 instead of tapping
Fall Cardio Combo
1. Walk fwd. 4 counts R/L 1-4, step across R on 5,step back L on 6, step to the side R on 7, lift L knee on 8
2. Step touch 2X L/R 1-4, grapevine L 5-8
3. Grapevine R 1-4, 4 hips L/R/L/R 5-8
4. V step 2X L (fwd. and back) 1-4,5-8
Repeat on Opposite Side
