Petra was recently named Fitness Spokesperson by IDEA. She will work alongside Jay Blahnik in this role, representing IDEA in media events and publications. She is honored to have been chosen.
New Workouts on the Way
PK Step and Streamlined Strength should be available towards the end of July. Both are packed full of creative moves, choreography and drills. In addition Petra has converted both her Breathe workouts onto one DVD. It will be press and play with no chaptering except for the ability to choose which workout you would like to do. This DVD will be priced at $19.95 with 10% of all profits being donated to City of Hope for cancer research.
Pre Order Special
Petra will be offering a pre order special of free shipping. This will start about one month before the actual release date and will be available on all new products. Petra will be sending out an e-mail to let you know when this is happening. VHS Sale
At the same time Petra will be doing a VHS sale of any remaining videos that she has in stock. The price is still being determined but what we do know is – it will be a smoking good deal!
Music
Petra has just completed her first ever compilation CD with Power Music. It is a double CD called Petra’s Power Mix 1 and is a 2 disc compilation. The first Disc “Turning it Up” is a fantastic mix of Dance Tunes that will spice up any cardio class whether be it step, aerobics or dance. It also works perfectly for muscle conditioning. The second CD “Turning Within” contains all 32-count phrasing and has a Buddha bar feel. This CD has an energizing yet relaxing soundtrack for your mind / body classes. It also is great just to listen to on the beach, in the car or wherever you have time to relax. It will be available here in about 1 month at the SRP of $29.95 – great value for over 120 minutes of fantastic music that you will not get tired listening to.
