My mind has felt like a ping pong ball recently. I totally get that our attention is being hijacked and monetized and while I have gotten better, I still spend way too much time consuming versus creating. Stolen Focus by Johann Hari is a must read for anyone who feels as though they too lost the plot about how to work with technology and not be run by it.
