Moving to Happiness looks at the "Why" behind the "How" of fitness. In this in depth and interactive workshop you will learn how to connect the values of your clients to the workouts that you deliver. No longer is it enough to simply prescribe exercise to move the body, we also need tools and strategies that will move the beliefs and mindset of those we train.

By the end of this workshop you will have the tools necessary to have all your clients believing that they too can have a strong and resilient body. In turn creating a powerful vehicle that will move them into a life of their dreams.

Hi, I'm Petra Kolber and I have over 30 years of experience inside the fitness industry.
I have been blessed to travel all around the world and for over a decade I was a sponsored Reebok Fitness Athlete.

I became a certified coach through The Life Purpose Institute, and I realized that when we can combine the power of positive psychology, with the magic of movement - intrinsic motivation and momentum appears for our client's.
So I combined my thirty years in the field with the science of Positive Psychology and Moving to Happiness was created.
