As you know from my the body of my email I am exploring what it takes for me to place my attention on the things that matter most.

Currently I am reading Deep Work by Cal Newport: Rules for focused success in a distracted world.

A refreshing and science backed approach to help us regain, retrain and strengthen our ability to focus for long periods of time. In an ever increasingly distracted world, this book is resonating with me deeply.

Song on Repeat

I was watching an interview with the fantastic actress Olivia Colman last week and one of the questions she was asked was, "What song are you currently listening to on repeat?"

Here answer was Purple Hat by Sofi Tukker and so of course I had to jump over to Spotify and listen. It is amazing and if you are looking for an energetic song to kick up your mood, this may be one to add to your playlist.

Hold Me Accountable

So I want to start livestreaming once a week on YouTube.

One hour - once a week - an interactive DJ set.

I need to get all the set up figured out on how to stream live where you have THE BEST audio experience. My inspired intention is to do my first set Sunday January 4th 2026. This gives me time to get everything ready without feeling stressed.

I know it feels a long ways away - but the new year will be here before we know it.
