Your Friday Five

Life is so much sweeter with Ted Lasso. Season 4 is back and it is just as good as we had hoped.

I wasn't going to mention it, but Val, who was my hair and make up artist in Toronto had never heard of the show - so just in case you have not seen it. Here is a Trailer for this season.

I've watched the first two shows and as much as I can't wait for the third, that also means we will be one show closer to the end. 

Shazam is my best friend, but sometimes I forget to go back and listen to what I had clicked on. On my way home from Toronto I put on the playlist and this song has just been purchased. I hope you enjoy. It's just such a happy song.

I'm loving these crispbreads. They are the perfect texture for a quick afternoon snack. I have two toppings that never fail:

1. Good culture cottage cheese (great texture and high protein) plus sliced cucumber and a dash of sea salt.

2. Traders Joe's Sunflower butter with real sliced blackberries on top.
