Your Friday Five

I thought this short video gave some really useful tips on how to protect our personal information when using our phone. Most of these I had already done, but there were a few functions I wasn't aware of.

There is a new series on Netflix with such a unique premise: interviews with well-known people that aren't aired until after they die. It was created by Brad Falchuk, who also happens to be Gwyneth Paltrow's husband, and his first guest was Jane Goodall. The ending, when she shares her last words directly to camera, is one of the most moving things I've watched in a long, long time.

I was at an event recently where breakfast was catered. There were so many delicious options but this snack was such a yummy treat with coffee, it has now become my afternoon go to.

1. Sourdough Crisp Bread - I like the Wasa Brand found at Wholefoods. Make sure it is the sourdough version. That makes all the difference.
2. A thin layer of Trader Joe’s Sunflower Butter. Or any nut butter, but if you have not tried Sunflower butter, you are missing out. 
3. Fresh blackberries cut in half on top ( or your favorite jelly)

You will not be disappointed.
